TARRAGON MAYONNAISE
- ½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh tarragon,
- or 1 tsp (5 mL) dried
- 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
